Frequently asked questions
A full risk assessment covers all significant hazards across your entire premises. A safety issue review is focused on a specific concern — a particular area, activity or situation — and produces a targeted report rather than a comprehensive survey.
Yes. Where an urgent situation requires it — after a near miss, before an imminent inspection, or following a complaint — we can usually arrange a visit within a few days.
Yes. The report is a formal, written document prepared by a NEBOSH Diploma-qualified consultant. It is suitable for submission to the HSE, CQC, Ofsted, your insurer, or for use in legal proceedings.
If our review reveals issues that go beyond the specific concern raised, we'll tell you clearly and discuss whether a more comprehensive assessment is needed. You won't be billed for work you haven't agreed to.
If you have a specific, identified concern, a safety issue review is usually quicker and more cost-effective. If your last full risk assessment is more than a year old or was never done, a full assessment is the better starting point. If you're not sure, contact us for a free discussion.
